Shipping policy

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and despatched within 24 hours (Tuesday to Saturday) of receipt of your order.  Please note, we are closed on Mondays so any orders received after 11am Saturday will be despatched on Tuesdays.

All our orders receive an initial order confirmation followed by a despatch notification.  We can also quote for carriers other than Royal Mail by request to hello@craftandcanvas.co.uk.
